Modern Bows
Modern bows for sale are limited to Rodney D. Mohr violin, viola, cello and bass bows. As new bows are completed they will be posted.
Rodney has won 20 awards in international competitions. After winning his third gold medal with the Violin Society of America, he was no longer eligible to compete and earned the title of Hors’ Concours. Rest assured: any bow made by Mohr Bows will continue that award-winning tradition.
Rodney D. Mohr bows start at $4,500. Current price for bass bows is $5,500. Pricing for gold mounts or other embellishments on request.
Special order bows with gold mounts will be quoted at current market value for gold and require a 20% non-refundable downpayment. See our Shop Policies for custom orders. All bows come with a Certificate of Authenticity and Insurance Appraisal upon receipt of full payment.
